When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed within two business days (not including weekends or holidays), unless the volume of orders exceeds current capacity. 

Within Canada and the US, packages generally arrive 2-4 business days from when your receive your shipping confirmation email. 

International orders vary by country. 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your inbox as soon as your item ships. Make sure to check your spam box - sometimes the emails arrive there! 

Will I be required to pay customs fees?

Yes, if you reside outside of Canada you will be responsible for all customs fees your shipment incurs. 

What is your return policy? 

Quality Guarantee

We are a small business and stand behind our product. As such, the quality of our items is guaranteed for one year for manufacturing defects. Email if your item has a manufacturing defect and we will send a replacement out right away.

Returns + Exchanges

We understand that circumstances change so we do our very best to accommodate exchanges or returns. You may return your unused, unwashed items in the original packaging with all tags in place within 90 days of your item arriving to you.

Simply email If you are in Canada, a return label can be provided.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of international customers.

Past the 90 day window? Please email with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you if you have fulfilled all other requirements.

If you have a used item you wish to return for some reason, you may do so within the 90 day period but will be charged a $25 restocking fee that will be withheld from your refund.
