New name, same great carrier.
Now handmade in Canada!
Higher density waistband padding to avoid folding/scrunching over time. The waistband is not thicker, or stiffer. It simply retains its shape better over time.
New hood, hood pocket with zipper, and longer hood straps so it's easier to pull over baby when they're on your back.
Reinforced rails for the chest/back clip to avoid sliding. This has also been added to all V1s as well.

The body panel is 43.5 cms (17 inches) at widest.

There is 40cm (15.7 inches) from the top of the waistband to the top of body panel.

There is 50 cm (to 19.7 inches) from the bottom of the waistband to the top of body panel.

Please note that the seat darts in the design of the body panel allow for a very deep seat, and allow even very tall toddlers (and 7 pound newborns) to get a safe and comfortable fit.

"I love everything about this carrier! When trying to choose the correct carrier, I did a lot of research as I wanted one that was comfortable, supported my baby’s development and could carry her through multiple life stages. "The beluga buckle carrier is awesome! I was using a momcozy soft structured carrier for a while and it just wasn’t right. I’m so glad I invested in this one because it’s so comfortable, versatile, easy to put on and Canadian made! It’s also stylish, which I appreciate. My baby doesn’t love being too confined, so this carrier offers a bit more space for him, while still being safe and comfortable for my body. It’s so easy to throw on once you get the hang of it and I love how adjustable it is. I have a long torso and my baby is also long and it’s perfect for us. I even nurse him in it! I can’t wait to try the side and back variations as well. Highly recommend this carrier for slightly older babies. We have the wrap for the newbie stage, which I think is far more suitable for their tiny bodies.
